SayItMyWay processes webpage text, URLs, page titles, translation tables, and preferences to provide text collection, translation request preparation, and website text replacement.
Tables and settings are stored locally in your browser profile. They are not uploaded to a developer-operated server. The extension does not track your general browsing history or include advertising or analytics services.
Clipboard text is read only when you choose Import → Clipboard. The extension does not monitor your clipboard.
AI requests are generated locally. You decide whether to share them with an external AI service, whose privacy policy then applies. The extension does not automatically send requests to an AI provider.
Optional currency conversion retrieves reference rates from the European Central Bank. These requests do not include your page text, translation tables, or clipboard contents. The ECB may receive ordinary connection information, such as your IP address.
You can edit or delete tables and revoke permissions. Clearing extension data or uninstalling removes locally stored extension data. Exported files and copies shared with external services must be managed separately.
User data is not sold or used for advertising, creditworthiness, or lending. Information accessed through Chrome APIs is used in accordance with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
